Does Caris provide help for single moms?
Caris provides support to single moms in two ways:
A Caris Connection Group is a safe, accepting, and empowering community of women who help each other thrive during and after an unexpected pregnancy. It’s a place to be yourself, ask questions, and talk things through with other women who are in a similar stage of life.
Each session is 10 weeks long, meets once a week, and is led by a trained Caris facilitator. She guides the conversation, so the group is a safe place for you to hear the stories of other women and to share your own experiences.

We can connect you with many of the resources that are available in our community. When you come to Caris, your counselor can direct you to community programs and agencies that specialize in supporting single moms.
Your counselor will spend time with you to find out exactly what services and resources would be most helpful in your specific situation. She will identify those organizations for you and give you all the information you need so that you can access them right away.
If you have more questions, our counselors are available. Please contact us.
