Our Services

Pregnancy Testing & Verification

Women are given the opportunity to receive a free pregnancy test.  Our tests are lab quality and are 99% accurate.  We get rapid results so you will not have to wait long to find out whether your test is positive or negative.  If your test is positive we are able to provide you with a written verification of your pregnancy.

Pregnancy Options Counseling

Once you get your results, we realize that your mind might start racing.  We want to make sure that you have a place to talk openly about how you are feeling.  That is our top priority.  Our professional counselors are here to listen and to help you sort through your thoughts about your pregnancy and your options—without judgement. In-Person and Telehealth appointments available.

Limited Ultrasound

Free ultrasounds are available if you have a positive pregnancy test at Caris. Caris offers these limited ultrasounds to women who have a positive pregnancy test and are not yet receiving prenatal care. Ultrasounds are not performed during the same visit as your pregnancy test. We invite you to come to Caris to take a free pregnancy test. If your test is positive, your counselor will assist you in setting up an appointment for a free ultrasound.
